How Did INhouse Video Get Started?

INhouse Video started over 15 years ago working with growing organizations that needed to communicate clearly, consistently, and at scale.

In the early years, the work focused on execution, supporting marketing, sales, and internal teams across B2B technology, professional services, and complex organizations. The content performed well, but a recurring problem kept surfacing.

The issue wasn’t creativity. It was operations.

Teams relied on agencies, individual performers, disconnected tools, and one-off processes. Content was expensive, slow to produce, difficult to scale, and fragile when people or vendors changed.

From Execution to Systems

As content demands increased, it became clear that producing more content was not the solution. Organizations needed structure.

INhouse shifted its focus from delivering content to designing the infrastructure behind it by defining how content is planned, created, reused, distributed, and measured inside an organization.

This shift turned content from a reactive effort into an operational capability.

How INhouse Works Today

Today, INhouse operates as a consulting-led practice focused on installing content operating systems inside organizations.

The work centers on identifying inefficiencies, reducing time and cost, creating repeatable workflows, and aligning content output with real business outcomes. Teams are supported by the right mix of internal roles, freelancers, tools, and AI where it adds value, but the system itself is not dependent on any single person or platform.

Video remains an important input, but the system is designed to support all content across teams and channels.
